CNC Postprocessor & machine simulation development specialist

to start as soon as possible at one of our members in Madrid. You will join a German company with more than 30 years of experience in international die, mold and model manufacturing, in industrial design and in machinery and equipment. The Madrid-based subsidiary is one of 10 international locations.


- Creating, editing and optimizing CNC machine postprocessor (PP) for perfect control of 2-5 axis (and more) machine tools, as well as robots

- Creating, editing and optimizing Virtual Machine simulation (VM) in the CAD/CAM environment = exact representation of machine tools

- Digitalisation of real machine tools in order to design CAD reality in the virtual CAD/CAM of the company

- You will work directly with the client to fulfil their machine requirements, development, debug and deliver their postprocessor and/or virtual machine simulation package

- You will need to learn and understand a variety of controllers (Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, etc) in order to deliver a functioning postprocessor

- You will work with a lot of different varieties of mill-turn, vertical and horizontal milling machines, as well as customer in a wide range of industries including mold, die, models and aerospace

Requisitos Mínimos:
- Familiarity with creating and running NC code from high-end CAM packages

- Understanding of a wide range of NC controllers and ability to work with G-code parameters and controller routines

- Strong understanding of CNC programming techniques and process

- Familiarity with CNC machine cinematics

- Experience working in a manufacturing environment and/or shop floor is a must

- Must be willing to travel for PP/VM validation on customer site

- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or production

- 3 to 5 years of experience

- Excellent in problem solving, can think out of the box

- Ability to work with remote / off-shore teams

- Result oriented, good at time management, stress resilient

- Curious, autonomous, needs little supervision (works with remote teams)

- Good communication

- Fluent in English as working in international environments
